With the last two requests for clemency being denied by Governor Schwarzenegger, the outlook does not look good for Tookie Williams. In spite of those statistics, there is the whole CONVICTION and everything. But wait! Apparently, there is someone who thinks that they may have information proving that Tooks didn't commit one of the murders in 1979. So now Tooks' out-of-whack supporters will have something else to cheer about. I can see it now: "He only killed three; not all four." Well, by God let the crook out then! Wrong. Too little too late. That being said, why did this mystery person wait until now to come forward to lend the "evidence" to the judicial system? Sounds like a stalling tactic to me.
