MOVIES, SCHMOOVIES

Hollywood's politics aside, there are some promising films to come out (or are already out). I had written a piece on the Inklings a while back describing the ignorance of the hard-core Christian who places an evil on the books of Rowling, Lewis and Tolkien without having even read them. 'The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe' did very well at the box office as did George Clooney's propaganda piece, 'Syriana'. Hmm...wonder if politics plays any part in that movie. A movie that I will be going to see is called 'Munich'. It details the events and subsequent murders surrounding the 1972 Olympics. All of these movies did better than the Scientology movement's 'War of the Worlds'. That movie could have done so much better without the fake religion's frontman spouting off every ten minutes.

I guess that is a downside to capitalism; money gives you a mouthpiece. If you don't have money, you could always turn to the biased media to get your message out. Just look at Sheehan and her merry band of losers! Kum By Ya dummies.
