Laugh.

Apparently, the Zip Tower had other plans. South Dakota's tallest building, the Zip Tower is all of 202 feet. They tried to demolish the building like you usually see on TV and whatnot, but no dice for this concrete structure. It seems like even the demolition company is saying something like: "seriously, it's only 202 freakin' feet tall dummy; how much TNT do you think we need?" Well, a bit more I guess.

In the end and given the circumstances of South Dakota's tallest building not really being all that tall, the Mayor called in a favor to Jean Claude van Damage to roundhouse the rest of the structure down. Ever grateful, the Mayor gave the keys to the city to van Damage. Someone then yelled "hey, there's Chuck Vito!" at which point van Damage disappeared virtually into thin air, never to be seen again.
