This has got to be a joke.In the above article, John Kiel Patterson of Louisiana is suing Apple over a potential hearing loss. That's right, this guy is blaming the iPod manufacturer because he is too stupid to use the volume functions of the device. At first I thought this was a joke perpetrated by everyone's favorite self-proclaimed socialist that works for the government; "leftside", but then I found out it was the guy from Louisiana.
