With news of the tyrant Slobodan Milosevic's death, I will be toasting that very fact with a beer tonight. Having been exposed directly to what that criminal did to the Balkans and her people's, I am glad he is gone. I hope that this doesn't cause a huge flap for the Hague War Crimes Tribunal though.Minus
