Nuisance suit indeed. Especially if this guy is right. It very well may be a calculated response to things like this as well. California has always had strict laws on pollution...after all, it is one of the most polluted states in the Union, has the worst air quality in the US has the worst Ozone polluted city in the US (Los Angeles), the worst county polluted by long-term particle pollution county in the US (Riverside), has the top three metropolitan areas most polluted by year (LA, Bakersfield and Visalia-Porterville) and the top three metropolitan areas most polluted by short-term particle pollution (LA, Fresno and Bakersfield).
Overall, California seems to be a big-talker on pollution but is the biggest dump. Nice work.
